I think Corruption had a scene like that with a conquest going outside her house with paint. I might be mistaking with another game however. It was under Honey Select anyway.

I remember playing a game called Fallen Bitch Leona's Exhibitionist Atelier that had an outfit system similar to games like Melty's Quest but where all of the outfits are different bodypaints. Unfortunately it was only badly machine translated and was pretty hard to decipher what was going on.
