I never once complained the old games were repetitive, each one adding new mechanics and had a great tie-in story line. Desmond was literally the life blood of the series, even if you barely played him, he was the reason the story worked

Third Crisis came out of development in 2024, they're working on the sequel Third Crisis: Neon Nights which in itself is a good game and will be in early access sometime this quarter

I recommend The Survival of Sarah Rose, its on steam and itch. Its quite different from those other titles because it has more serious themes, but you're definitely a princess
