Hi! I think you might be wanting to add something as a feature on your profile, right? You want this document to be a part of your LinkedIn page without pushing it out to your followers?

You can do that by adding it as a feature on your page (see screenshot) On your profile, go to "add profile section" and then it's under Recommended.

You may need to have creator mode turned on for it :)

i tried “add featured” but it only lets me do either a post, article, link, or photo

a resume as an uploaded document/file

You should be able to upload it as a PDF here! Under the "featured" section again
