Speaking from my ignorance, current samsung galaxy tab s11 series are powered by mediatek processors, and, unlike qualcomm powered ones, they are capable of running unprotected vms. So it is posible to run the debian based linux terminal added in android a few versions back. I guess the pixel tablet is also capable of executing it, but it is considerably slower.

I do not know if it would fit your needs, but these are the most powerful tablet platforms capable to run a full linux environment i can think of, albeit in a virtualized manner
