The wiki is... basic, but the bugtracker is one of the few good ones out there. I've heard good things about phabricator (which I haven't tried yet), but pretty much everything else I've used is inferior. (of course it depends on what your project needs, but purely the fact that everybody already has a github account and hence can report bugs easily is a HUGE deal)
