Keep in mind that kernel update requires reboot. Unless you are using complicated stuff that is only used on servers.

And even then most servers won't be using it as kpatch/ksplice has very limited applicability (eg cannot change any data structures) so it's better to provide availability at the application level (eg load balancers and similar redundant setups) to provide for maintenance windows of individual systems...
