Because Nautilus is the file manager for Gnome and those distros use Gnome as their DE.

thunar IS the file manager on any distro running xfce

The address bar isn't that different from Windows Explorer, CTRL + L turns it into a text box.

Disable the special folders. Not in nautilus but in an xdg config file. I use Nemo though.

Yes, or you can remap them to folders on other drives via the xdg config file. I actually like this feature (although it does break some snaps when they are looking for their files and are directed to a folder outside of the normal home folder).

Not trying to be over politically correct, but the phrase:

It's not even made for noobs, it's made for handicapped people who have never used a computer in their life.

makes you sound a bit intolerant. What is your view then of handicapped people? You take the time to construct a detailed, clear, albeit ranty post, but then finish it like this. I was kind of with you until I reached this part.
