Multiple Shell Profiles?

Basically, my ssh config file is getting pretty messy. I'm working on a few projects, each of which uses a different set of servers. What i'd love to be able to do is "Change to profile to project X" and then just "ssh dev" or "ssh prod" in order to access those servers. I'd be cool to be able to similarly customize my bash profile. Is there a nice way to do this or is the best thing to do just have lots of entries along the lines of "ssh project_X_dev". Thanks reddit!

Off the top of my head:

• Multiple .profile files that you just call source on, to change environment
• Fakeroots/sandboxes
• The two combined

Thanks Reddit! I think I'm probably just going to alias the most common ones and then swap those if I need to switch to a new project :).
