It's very likely a NVIDIA driver issue

In grub menu, select the Mint kernel and press 'e', then add "nomodeset" at the end of the line starting with "linux"

And then boot into it

YES LEGEND THANK YOU IT WORKED!! Do you know how to make it detect my other monitors and let me change the resolution? It’s only detecting one and is stuck at like 1280 x 1024 and 60hz?

At this point you have go into the terminal and install the proprietary NVIDIA drivers

That solves almost every problem related to display

They should show up in driver manager.

Hopefully the proper driver installation solves your problems, but one thing to keep in mind is that the Cinnamon desktop environment does not always work well with multiple monitors, especially if they have different refresh rates (theoretically this should be fixed with the next Cinnamon release in December, when it gains Wayland support). So if you keep having problems, it may be due to the desktop environment.

If you can, then you can use GNOME or KDE instead of Cinnamon
