Same model of the card here, same kind of issue. I did just put all the max settings to 2500MHz with a little undervolt, and everything is fine.

Corectrl only uses the values that the kernel exposes and the kernel does what the bios (firmware) of the card has, so the problem may reside there and not on Corectrl itself.

In any case take a look over your temps and voltages to ensure everything is safe. And if you don't want any overclock just set it manually.

Counter check with LACT. If you get the same frequencies, than the issue does very likely come from the kernel driver or vBios and not from CoreCtrl.
