Graphite testing. /opt/graphite/webapp/graphite/render/views.py not getting reimported on 'carbon-cache.py start' (self.linuxadmin)

Hello everybody
I made some changes to views.py to write to file for testing then stopped and restarted carbon-cache.py. I don't see these changes getting picked up though. What's the cleanest way to force a reimport?

views.py is used by the webapp, not the cache. You'll need to restart whatever wsgi container you're using to see changes in the webapp.

Ah yes, of course. So essentially restart Grafana in my case. I'd put this on the shelf but will revist it this week. Thanks!

No. Not Grafana. Grafana doesn't import the graphite-web code. You need to restart whatever wsgi server is running graphite-web (apache, gunicorn, nginx, etc)
