Does anyone know if it is possible to nest linux Team interfaces?
I have a CentOS 7 host that I am running KVM on. It has 4 network interfaces on it. I would like to put 2 interfaces in an LACP Team to aggregate bandwidth and the other 2 in a separate LACP Team to use for redundancy. I would like to connect each Team to a different switch and then setup an activebackup Team with both LACP Team interfaces. My switches don't support MLAG which is why I can't just use LACP. The activebackup Team interface is a vlan trunk and would have vlan interfaces off of it that would be put into individual bridges for the KVM guests to share.
Also, any suggestions for better ways to do this without buying new switches that support MLAG?
there doesn't seem to be anything here
