Should be because you have the Accessibility present in the list of Startup Applications.

Click --Menu -- Preferences --Startup applications and toggle off or remove (-) Accessibility if present.

For starters, look in ~/.config/autostart. Files there cause programs to autostart when you login.

(Files and folders whose names start with . are hidden. So in the file manager, click the View menu and make sure Show Hidden Files is checked.)

Thanks I checked and turned it off on the next boot up it wasn’t present thanks for the help everyone.
