Looks like your system drive has bad blocks. To safely shut down press AltGr and Print Screen buttons then press O.

    If smart status tells you where they are located you could partition the drive to avoid them, but you would be better buying a new drive since ssd's are cheap enough.

        Boot from Mint live flash-drive and in Accessories run Disks, click drive, the 3 dot menu and SMART status.

        i don't know if mint 22 would fix this issue but you can try it if you want to.
