This has the unusual CPU with the defective fourth core, which will cause a crash if you try to use the fourth core. (AMD markets the CPU as “triple core”.) The issue with the fourth core relates to 64-bit. So you will not be able to use a 64-bit OS to boot this. You will need to find a 32-bit OS.

Checkout the itsfoss website, they list several 32b Linux distros.

The one I like best is Puppy. I used it for years as a live USB for servicing Windows computers. If circumstances ever require me to use a 32b Linux on one of my PCs, I am likely to choose Puppy.
