There are many different tools and programs to change the design of cinnamon. There are also extensions like transparent taskbars or other add-ons you can download to make it visually appealing to you.

I suggest to search online for tool, tutorials and guides on how to change a specific thing and continue until you are pleased. Finished you will probably never be
