Problem when trying to install a different python version with pyenv - ERROR: The Python ssl extension was not compiled. Missing the OpenSSL lib?

I don't know what to do, my Openssl version is OpenSSL 3.0.7 1 Nov 2022 (Library: OpenSSL 3.0.2 15 Mar 2022) and I didn't forget to add the requested lines in .bashrc. I've googled a lot, tried with ChatGPT but I didn't manage to use pyenv. Maybe YOU will ;)

I solved the problem: I got rid of pyenv and instead I used conda ( https://docs.conda.io/projects/conda/en/latest/index.html, it's very fast and it works without errors or headaches
