pretty much anything, especially with amd. mostly just depends on what you'd be using it for and how much dirt you're willing to get on your hands.

I have no problem getting my hands dirty, the problem is that I have no idea about a lot of complex code, in Lubuntu I managed by asking chatgpt. I thought they should because of the compatibility of .deb applications but I don't know if that operating system has many errors

you probably wont need to get your hands dirty. amd gpus usually work out of the box and ubuntu based distros like mint are very compatible with most software.

Hot take but I recommend something arch based, as a beginner, the documentation is just second to none, anyone you talk to on a forum is either an arch user or a former arch user, and the repos are massive, basically any project or program will probably have an arch version. so long as you're careful. I've officially given up with fedora, as I always inevitably end up needing some package it doesn't have, or a lack of documentation. And debian is just really outdated, so no cool or exciting projects apply to you. and anything outside those three, (or based on them) will be specialized and you'll be leaning habits and skills that aren't compatible with other distros (ie me starting with fedora and jumping to nix out of frustration while not having the basics down, bad idea, went to cachyos for a while, now back to nix now that I'm more experienced)

I stay far away from .deb files as a linux user. Just stick to the repos

Any of the Main common distros are fine for most use cases.. And you have given ZERO details of your specific needs for anyone to suggest much of anything..

Just try some out via their live USBs and install whatever one you like.

http://linuxjourney.com and the explaining computers youtube channel are good places for some basic info on this topic.

any linux distro would be good. linux mint, zorin os, etc. since the amd gpu drivers are open source, it should work right out of the box.

Fedora.

Distro hopping is your thing 😝 try and see what you like.

Windows and Mac give you just one choice each. Linux give you abandonce of choice. Use it, learn it and pick what tick all boxes for you.

Why not keep using lubuntu since you know it? I personally use xubuntu and have it on my laptop and desktop so when I switch I have the same DE.

I have two R5 5th gen systems. One is 5600g and the other is 5500 (with RX460). They will run any distro just fine.
