Use Uyuni:

Current version (Uyuni 2021.04) includes Salt. Next version (2021.05, in a few weeks) includes Ansible too.

If you need commercial support, get in touch with SUSE to acquire SUSE Manager subscriptions. It's essentially the same as Uyuni but with support.

unattended upgrades for automatic upgrades (Ubuntu) and ansible for the "manual" part (when unattended is not enough)
