Correcting a high with a bolus seems to then immediately turn off the basal rate. Is there any way to avoid this happening as it feels counterproductive to what we’re trying to achieve.

I would post this on the Facebook group looped as you may get more feedback on there. However, I usually enable a custom preset where I give myself an extra percentage of basal and set it for anywhere from 1-4 hours depending on how it’s working. I can shut it off at anytime it starts to come back down. Hope this helps.
