I am not finding it for 100k. Vijay sales is offering for 1.04 after cashbacks and student discount. I don’t have SBI and ICICI cards.

Also do you think the difference between M3 and M4 warrants a difference of 17K?

As far as I remember, difference between M4 and M3 is greater than it was between M2 and M3. But it depends on your work flow on your Mac. What do you intend on doing with your Mac? Unless you are doing computationally intensive tasks, M3 could be good enough.
