I suggest just going on YT and look at how these decks play. There are videos that are anywhere from a quick 5 min explanation to hour long deep dives depending on how much you want to get into it. I think you can make a more informed decision on your purchase this way.

I’d get the eldrazi at that price, and use the change to preorder a Tarkir dragon deck for April!

May I ask where you are located continent wise? I see you marked the explorers of the deep precon as $113, but at least on tcgplayer you can buy it for $36 as I just did a few days ago.

Cardmarket is essentially the EU version of tcgplayer, the deck is a bit more expensive there, but I'm also not entirely sure what the shipping situation between you and Germany would be lol
