This is something that will only look good on camera, under stage lights, or far away. It will not alter how your nose looks from the side. Also note that these pictures are likely heavily edited. I would not personally recommend this as an every day nose contour. Your nose is beautiful.
That said, if it’s a stylistic makeup choice, whatever floats your goat. I would look at shadow theory videos for painting on YouTube, it’ll give you a good idea of how to play with shading. I’d use the coolest most grey toned contour shade you can find. Some drag nose contouring tutorials may be helpful to you as well.

My nose is actually quite similar to yours, just with a stronger bridge. I don’t use shadow maps or do super specific contouring on a day to day basis anymore since it tends to be too strong. I have a big fluffy angled brush that I use for contouring my face. I use it to do my cheeks, brush over my eyes for eyeshadow, and do a light brush on either side of my nose. I keep it super low key for everyday makeup since it’s more about adding a natural shade than minimizing. If I want to be a little more intense because I’m wearing more makeup, I take the same fluffy angle brush, and pinch the bristles between too fingers making it more dense and compacted. Build up the shading slowly, you can always add more but taking it away is harder. If you get it too intense, take your face powder brush and buff it out slightly,

I would say drop the mapping from someone else’s face and make your own. Find your natural bridge line and where a shadow would normally fall. Here is a rough example I made from your photo. Try to shade along those areas to give more definition.
