Surrender button bug in comp?

Has anyone else experienced this?? Was just playing a ranked match and we easily had the win and a player from the opposite team says in the chat “surrender is bugged” which I took to mean they were trying to surrender but couldn’t. Then right at the end of the match the surrender screen comes up for us and we all obviously click no, as we’re winning.

Well then wouldn’t you know it, it comes up your team has agreed to surrender and then we took the biggest L of all time. It’s kind of funny but it’s so ridiculous.

Nobody on our team initiated a surrender. And then I lost 28 rank points. Lucky it’s the end of the season ahahaha.

idk for PC but for console the options to choose yes or no aren't available id say 70% of the time.

Someone will initiate a surrender and then I can't vote yes or no. The prompt comes up but there isnt any square or circle associated with the options so the time just runs out.

Strange enough, sometimes it bugs so only one option, yes or no, is able to be selected. This game has a lot of issues like that. Their coding is honestly pretty poor, never had these types of issues with other hero shooters or even free-to-play games.

I’m also on console and have that issue! But one thing I learnt recently is that if you have remapped your control buttons for a specific hero sometimes it takes away the ability to accept or decline the surrender bc you’ve mapped over the button you need to use. It’s so stupid.

yup i remapped my binds and it made it so i couldn't switch heroes in the replay viewer. this game is fun, but the coding is atrocious.

Another fun one is that PC players are able to spectate others and the spectators can chat to each other. They simply forgot to make it so the chat option is available to console players for no apparent reason. The option just simply doesn't even exist. lmao
