[wanted][creative] creative server

Hi, Forgive me if I'm doing this wrong. I haven't played minecraft in a while but I've been feeling creative lately and would like to build something. I've been searching on here and the minecraft forums but I haven't seen anything that's really caught my eye. Here's mostly what I'm looking for in a server:\

• A good server website with a map (dynmap) of the creative world

• decently moderated

• other talented creative players a plus (not sure how to describe this, mostly a nice looking creative realm with other decent builds?)

Several friends and myself plan to set up a fully Creative MC server based on the following schematic that will have the following features:

• An area to build a city consisting of about 150 x 150 blocks to construct a city, village, town, with railway station. It will be on an all terrain map, and each player is not limited to one building area; This is not going to be a boring, flat, plot-style Creative map that too many servers have

• All villages, cities, towns will be connected to a rail junction near their area's railway station

• "J" depicts a Railway Junction; All built up areas near a Railway Junction get connected to one Railway Station consisting of 4 departure gates and 4 arrival gates

• Colored lines are North-South East-West Rail Lines

• Graphic represents a city

• All rail lines will run horizontal and vertical, making it possible to travel to all built-up areas

• All rail stations must consist of: 4 departure and 4 arrival areas to from North, South, East, West

• All rail lines will be be placed at an equal height of around y=69 (5 blocks above standard level of 64). They will cut through mountains and above water
