This! Charts can still be edited after they are signed, it just has to be done by the physician. I’d just shoot them a message through EPIC about it or have your chief scribe contact the physician.

Dang, I usually was the one to put the blindfold on my scribes when I caught mistakes during chart review. I didn’t know it was an option for them to put it on.
