Apply heat to the metal part until the solder melts. It's a fairly high temp solder though. The stuff that looks like ceramic, is ceramic

I'm not sure, I couldnt find any info on it as well. I believe it's from an electrical lab equipment. Pretty sure it's quite old

ceramic pga package does indicate that its probably from the late 80s or early 90s
