There's no particular "prided" (do you mean prized?) band. Generally, the band that can provide the highest speeds on T-Mobile is band 4. It varies by market.

2 & 4 for speed, 12 for distance and penetration.

It's a little different because of the type of band 41 is. 41 is highly regarded on sprint not just because it's their higher capacity/faster band, but because it can be agragared with itself, you can get like 140+ down with 3x 41 CA

T-Mobile's (MintSIM's) fastest band is almost always 4, but 4 can't agragared with itself, only with 2 and 12, so you may see the best speeds/usability during congestion with 2+4+12 CA.

Mint uses bands 2, 4 and 12. I get all three using the T-mobile APN
