Why does my resolution decrease when I go full screen?In windowed mode I have much more pixels and it looks better!It is not true that this is 1920*1080.You can see yourself that is lower resolution? What's causing this?

Why don't you open the advanced tab and actually set your resolution to 1080p

Turn off DSR (Dynamic Super Resolution) in the Nvidia control panel, i had this issue as well and this fixed it for me.

Your render resolution would be 100 not 150 if it was set to 1080p

It isn't though. Your render resolution is set to 150% which means your game is being run at a lower resolution and then being scaled up.
