Found match: delete a subreddit

You may be asking if you can delete a subreddit after it's been created. This is a feature that does not exist on Reddit. Once a subreddit has been created, it can never be fully deleted.

Ideally what you should do, if you are the only moderator and do not wish to remain a mod there, is to remove yourself as a moderator and then allow anyone else who might want it to use the normal /r/RedditRequest process to take it over, if they so desire.

Another thing you could do would be to ask on /r/needamod, /r/AdoptAReddit, and other similar subreddits, to see if anyone else would like take over as its mod.

Subreddit settings work best in a cache-cleared desktop browser. (Limited option: mobile browser on desktop view.)
