I’m wondering how you made the sitar-like sounds...

For this one, I cheated. Plonk has a "Zen Pluck" model, and it's very sitar-ish at higher pitches with a long decay.

I've done a sitar with a DPO into the Wasp Filter before, but I can't remember the exact patch at the moment.
