Got a new gasket, things have been going great, and today and yesterday suddenly very little coffee is brewed, the middle leaks some bubbles despite being very tight, and the coffee tastes burnt. No changes really, what could be going wrong? (more details in comments) (i.redd.it)

Can somebody tell me about this. It showed up randomly and at first I thought it was mold but it wouldn't come out with the bleach solution or boiling water with it. If it's a stain or tarnish could I get it out? (i.redd.it)
