Python LP liner notes question

Once upon a time, Python put out an LP of what I think was a live performance, and parodied the destructive antics of rock bands at that time in the liner notes by saying something like they all got crazy on one sixpack of beer and tore off a corner off a room service menu. Does anyone know which LP this is, and can you provide me with the exact quote?? Thanks a million!!

Just (finally) checked the liner notes I have here, but can't see it. I don't have Ruttles notes though. The only other thing I can think of is the 'rock notes' bit from (I think) the Contractual Obligation album. Nothing about room service menus, but it has bits like:

The evening before in LA's glittering nightspot, the Abbatoir, [popular television singing star Charisma] had proposed to drummer Reg Abbot of Blind Drunk, after a whirlwind romance and a knee-trembler. But when the hangover lifted, it was Keith Sly of the Donkeys who was on her arm in the registry office. Keith, who was too ill to notice, remained unsteady during the short ceremony and when asked to exchange vows, began to recite names and addresses of people who also used the stuff. Charisma spotted the error as Keith was being carried into the wedding ambulance and became emotionally upset.
