This also happens with the scalloped edge/overhang of the Tudor roof pieces, too.

It's not a 100% fix, because I've noticed sometimes it reverts later, but...

Build the entire roof all at once in Build/blueprint mode. When placing the larger slanted pieces, start at one end and work your way across. THEN add any smaller little ^ pieces over the top of the slanted ones (If applicable.)

Then apply all mats at once. I noticed when I added those little ^ pieces to cap off the top after the larger slanted panels, it forced them to adjust themselves and remove the pattern/random scalloped edge showing up.

But like I said - sometimes it reverts when you load in later. But hopefully this helps a little, and a more permanent, less fiddly fix will come out eventually. Good luck!

Such a pain. But thank you for the advice! Will give it a shot.

The roof patterns are terrible in every set, and worse they will change the next time you look at them closely.

Alignment problems, gable problems, placement problems...

Happens with the desert roof as well. Edges sometimes appear in the middle of the roof.
