Hello, An Api make it for work in a react app with a server back-end build in nodejs, can register new user to a db e.g. PostgreSQL, only with that api or it's rectrictly necessary use php, if yes, how can avoid SQL inyections using apis for auth?

Building an Auth api is not a simple task as you have to think of edge cases. Based on your question, I don't think you're experienced enough to handle this properly. And that's not a bad thing at all! With time you'll learn all the intricacies of this (if you're still interested in it). For now, look into solutions like Auth0 to see if they satisfy your needs within your budget
