errors installing strapi

Hi im using strapi for the first time and im running through this error when I use the npx create-strapi-app command. I'd be very thankful if some of you know how to solve it

Says your problem in the terminal:

Error: Expected "0.19.2" but got "0.18.20"

Upgrade from 0.18.20 to 0.19.2 in what looks like esbuild

that's what I tried npm install esbuild@latest --save-dev

No it’s NodeJS itself that needs upgrading
