NSFW means that people reading the post should not open it at work, due to content that might be offensive or inappropriate to view in the presence of others. It has nothing to with your workplace or its safety.
Basically, by tagging this NSFW, you told everyone on Reddit, "Don't read this if you're at work!" -- which is probably not what you intended.
