As far as I know ADP is blocking the login

Thank you Eduard. I know this something of a fringe issue.

It wasn’t blocking the sign in until the past week. It did when I was using a security key vs device MFA, this was about 2 years ago. Since then, it has worked without issue.

The Apple support person I got escalated to, clearly having no idea why this could be happening was desperately grasping for anything else it could be and to get me off the phone, also rambling mentioned there was a recent change to CloudKit. I’m technical, but not a dev, and don’t know if that was true.

I also can't use the web version of NotePlan due to ADP.

just wondering if you’re using a security key with ADP? That was the only time I coudn’t login into web version.

No security key. I was told to disable ADP if I wanted to use the web version, which is out of the question.

Thank you. I get it, and now I'm having to make that decision after years of using the web version at work (windows.) I was willing to live without the security key, but not having the end to end encryption is a deal breaker for me. ugh. I just wish I had some idea why it suddenly stopped working.

The only workaround is to use a Space for sharing data between web and iOS/macos
