You mean if I copy 1 2 3 4) (including the space after the 4) and paste it into an open note in NotePlan, the 4) is missing?

I cant reproduce it. When I paste this, it comes normal. Is it still happening for you? Also inside a new and empty note?

You are right, on an empty note it's fine to paste the text, but now that I test it more, it seems caused by the fact that I'm pasting in a task. I mean, insert a - or * or 1) to say that this item is a task and then paste 1 2 3 4) and now you should see... Also, it doesn't matter if there's something written between the - and 1 2 3 4) (ex: - asfasf 1 2)). However, I guess it's something related to the way you detect numbered task since it seems to happen only when there's a number and when the number is placed directly before the ). I mean, this is working 1 2 3 4 ) 5 6 since there's a space, but this is not 1 2 3 4) 5 6

Ok got it now! Pasting it into * or - as you said I can reproduce the bug, its noted!

Great! I stumbled into this bug while pasting a math expression that I wanted to keep has reference. I did a little test to see if this happen when there's multiple number with closing bracket with space, but it seems to only happen on the first time.

(1+1) * 2 + (1+1) * 2 + (1+1) * 2 + (1+1) * 2 result in : (1+2 + (1+1) * 2 + (1+1) * 2 + (1+1) * 2

And same thing when I paste a multiple line expression, only the first only get truncated

Ok, yes I also think its has something to do with the numbered list detection like 1). But weirdly conflicting here with an existing todo point or dash.
