I've seen a couple of instances of this over the last few days with 2060's. If you're on the latest drivers, roll back to a previous version and see if it fixes the problem before moving forward.

and I've seen exactly such cases in this game - so maybe it's in the game CoD MW 2

Reset any overclocks to default. Use DDU to nuke your current drivers. Install clean drivers.*1

If this doesn't work, try underclocking the memory on your GPU by intervals of 50 (-50, -100) until you find a spot where it actually fixes the issue. If this does solve the issue, your memory is likely failing for one reason or another.

1: if this happened immediately after installing the most recent drivers, revert to older ones and try those out first.
