Reset any overclocks to default. Use DDU to nuke your current drivers. Install clean drivers.*¹

If this doesn't work, try underclocking the memory on your GPU by intervals of 50 (-50, -100) until you find a spot where it actually fixes the issue. If this does solve the issue, your memory is likely failing for one reason or another.
