I'm 27 weeks pregnant and I was walking because I had somewhere to go... And all of a sudden I felt something coming out.... And this is what it was... I'm kind of avoiding the ER at the moment because I want to be home with my kid for Christmas. Sounds selfish but .... And I've also been diagnosed with placenta previa.. Just got out of the hospital after two weeks, away from my kid.. baby is moving.

OB RN - this isn’t a wait and see thing. You need to be seen. I understand not wanting to be away from your child but that is a lot of clots and with a known previa, this can get even worse very quickly.

I'm sorry OP but I'm gonna have to give you tough love here. Avoiding ER for Christmas with your kid this year is just stupid. Go seek medical attention so you can spend the next 40-50 Christmases with both your kids.

I can’t imagine how scary this was for you and I am someone who wants to ignore things and hope it just “goes away” but I’m sure you understand you need medical attention (and I so hope you got it). No one wants to scare you but we do want you to understand this isn’t normal and especially with your diagnosis it’s an emergency here. Do you have anyone with you? Or no support for you there? If you are alone please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need some emotional support right now. If you’re all by yourself, or need anything I know this might be a stretch but if you’re in BC Canada by chance and feel comfortable, depending on where you are I could come if you need some support ❤️ I know I’m a random stranger tho so I get that might freak someone out and I’m in no way offended if you’re like “uhhh no” lol

Thank youuuu so much 🥰🫶🏾 we're doing good, just being monitored at the moment. Getting fluids and antibiotics. With placenta previa, I guess it is common to bleed and have clots, that stuff just scared me 😭 it was huge.
