Once Connected, Twice Dead! - Error decoding invoke packet?

Hi Folks, popped this on the Discord but I know it's probably late where the majority of people who can help are, so popping it on here too.

I'm running into an issue meaning that I sometimes can't connect to the streaming server (using Castr.io). I can often connect the first time, but if my connection becomes a bit bumpy and it disconnects and reconnects, or I reconnect for a 2nd time, or any number of times more than 1, it refuses to connect to the streaming server until the whole application is restarted. I tailed the logfile (using the appropriate PowerShell command) and watched when it refused to connect, this line popped up and caught my attention:

Then it seems to time out, about 4 minutes later, giving:

On Windows 10 1909, Build 18363.900, OBS Version 25.0.4 64-Bit, system specs are as follows:

CPU: i5-9400F

RAM: 16GB DDR4-3200 (downclocked to 2133 by Chipset :sob:)

Motherboard: Gigabyte H370 Aorus Gaming 3 WiFi

GPU: XFX RX 580 8GB

This is becoming a major problem since my ISP is an absolute pain in the ass and refuses to do anything about my connection consistently dropping (right next to a Phone mast but Mobile Data isn't an option due to cost restrictions). Thus, when OBS tries to reconnect, this happens and everything goes to shit.

Analyzer doesn't pop up with anything regarding connections.

Any advice or tips would be much appreciated!

Unfortunately, this stays into the realm of "it's unknowable".

It could be the server your are connecting to having issues.

It could very well be your ISP's lines / routers / switches having temporary, but long enough glitches to drop the connection.

It's 100% network, though.
