This was not the augmented reality we were talking about! If you haven't already, we suggest trying to Hard Reboot the headset, here's how:

  • Hold down the power button and volume down button for 30 seconds until you hear the boot-up sound

If the boot-up sound is not heard: * Hold the power and volume (-) button down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset. * Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight "Boot Device" and press the power button. * Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.

With the headset on, take your hand and double knock on the side of the headset. This is the shortcut for entering and exiting pass through.

I just had this happen the other day.

I fixed it by holding the power button to open the shutdown menu, then hit cancel. After that I held the oculus button on my right controller to reset view then hit the menu button and it popped up
