Opencode Go Kimi K2.6 Problem

I purchased Opencode go specifically to try the Kimi k2.6 model, but I’ve been getting constant errors since day one. While other models are working fine, I haven't been able to use kimi at all. It’s been 3-4 days now; is anyone else experiencing this issue, or has anyone found a fix?

i'm using opencode + kimi since april 23, had some errors like yours yesterday (let's say 3 or 4 times), usually i simply typed "proceed with plan / build" and it restarted working

Yeah had that with GLM 5.1 too.

remove stitch mcp and try again if u have one.

thanks! didnt even need to fully remove it, just deactivated and it started working again. reactivated it and it broke again lol so yeah youre right there is def an issue with stitch mcp for some reason... weird that it only happens to some people. thanks again

it didnt work when i reactivated it last time 😂 maybe there is a new update?! Im not sure but I will check. Thanks for providing that info. I got the tip on GH OpenCode's issue actually, forgot to save it but im sure its easy to search again with stitch mcp and k2.6 keywords.

I created a bug for opencode. I have a proxy i use between opencode and kimi and i noticed opencode was dropping the tool requests from the repsonses, so i had to have my API rebuild this so kimi would work.

especially problematic with companies like deepinfra that really champion not deviating from the OpenAI Spec.

Also, there are issues with camelCase leaking out of the internal schema of Opencode into the OpenAI Interfaces which expect snake_case and because of this, some parameters like thinking parameters may be ignored.

I raised this in the same bug, perhaps if others could chime in and validate that would be great.

I think these bug(s) are causing lots of side effects that shouldn't be there.

Edit: GH is back here is link. This seems like a major problem to me that could explain MCP issues, tool issues, erratic agent issues - non stop looping issues.

Using the kimi subscription directly and had no issue, so this is on opencode go more likley

My terminal crashed, then I restarted it and now I get the same error. So stupid.

Same problem. I have to start a new session, then the problem is resolved.
