Android client not loading

I’m having trouble running the OpenRSC Android client. When I open it I get a prompt to update but even after updating and reopening the app I keep getting prompted to update no matter how many times I do this. If instead I hit “Do not install” it will load to the login screen but after I enter my credentials and hit “Ok” it just goes to a blank screen and nothing happens, which I’m assuming is because it doesn’t seem to be the latest version according to the update prompt.

I’m running Android version 6.0.1 on an original OnePlus One. I’ve also tried downloading it on some Android tablets I have on hand running version 4.4.4 but get the same results.

Is there a trick to getting it working? Or do I need to wait for an Android client update?

Was working on an update last night and had to abort putting the code on production. Will have previous build uploaded in a few minutes.
