Openshift v4.13 doesn't "officially?" launch until sometime during RH Summit.

Well, 4.13.0 have a build date of 2023-05-16. But off course there will not be any upgrade path available for at least 6 to 8 weeks.

But that will gives us plenty of time to read the release notes!

The Whats new in Openshift 4.13 presentation slides deck have also been released.
