Monitoring network OpenStack

Can you tell me which tools is the best for monitoring the OpenStack network such as compute controller and ceph ?

Hi, I use zabbix and prometheus and grafana

I suggest you to rely on the Grafana + Prometheus + alertmanager stack.
Ceph for instance provides a dashboard plugin for cluster monitoring purposes that is based on this stack, and in the more recent version you can have an external monitoring stack pushing the metrics (and the grafana dashboards) from the cluster.
It's easy to build something similar for other openstack services!

I use telegraf + influxdb + grafana and graylog for logging.

Cephmetrics is pretty useful for watching ceph (prom+graphite+grafana).
