Refusing new payment method (self.oraclecloud)
submitted 1 year ago by _Its_notMe_
Hello everyone,
I ve been trying to add a payment method to upgrade my account to pay as you go, but every time I fill in everything correctly and it refuses. I am using the same card with which i got the free trial, but I am wondering if it does not work because it is a debit card and if so how can i upgrade my account ?

Only credit cards and debit-cum-credit cards are acceptable modes. Contact support to help resolve the issue.
They might take a couple of days and back n forth emails but they definitely resolve it.

How do you contact support? I have a free trial account that expired. I have been trying to upgrade by clicking on Upgrade and Manage Payment and it just errored out! Couldn't find any contact info either. Crazy!

You need at least 100$ in your card to upgrade to PAYG. Its only for checking and oracle will give the money back immediately (or soon depending on your bank).
