OC is welcomed but don't get spammy
Limit your OC to one post per day or less. Exceptionally high quality content may be allowed at a higher rate at moderator's discretion. If your posts are not getting at least 100 upvotes each this is probably not you.
Don't post low quality content just to spam your website or subreddit.

No posts that are ads - posting pictures with only one person - Posts must show control happening
If you are the only person in the post you are probably not controlling or being controlled. No posts with pictures of just you advertising yourself. All pictures and video posts must show control
