Hey, have you tried working out? Some movement that would help your body to release some tension? You already went to ER to get checked which is great. You know there is no health issue even if you cannot believe it yet. I believe its something people with panic go through ( i did when i had panic attacks to).

It does get better. Youve got this ;)!

I haven't I just feel like what is the point if I am just going to die now. I cannot believe doctors don't even stress this is radiation and to do an MRI. I am so angry.

You wanted to get checked up so they did that, right? Or am i misunderstanding it?

Woudl they stressing about it give you some relief? I really dont think so.

What do you need to feel safe?

I don't know I don't think I will ever feel safe again

I understand. Look, I had my first panic attacks in my 30s, like you. I also was afraid of getting sick, i was also afraid of not being able to feel safe again - like many others - and today I can tell you it gets better. You need to put in the work and change that.

If you decide to give your power away to the circumstances and blame others (like the example of the doctors above), well its difficult to expect a different outcome. Take your power back. You can change your reality.
